Yuliyan Coffee Expert

Yuliyan has worked with us for 6 years and LOVES cof­fee. Later this year Yuliyan will begin to roast cof­fee for our group in our new roast­ery and has in the last year par­tic­i­pated in Cork Cof­fee Week, launched a monthly Latte Art Class and achieved qual­i­fi­ca­tion with the pres­ti­gious Spe­cial­ity Cof­fee Asso­ci­a­tion. In addi­tion to train­ing col­leagues in all things coffee-​related, he also offers Barista classes and Latte Art classes to mem­bers of the pub­lic every week in ORSO and can be found work­ing on the floor in Mar­ket Lane where he started with us in 2011.

We have worked with our cof­fee part­ner Green­bean for the last decade and have a blend of cof­fee that is unique to our four restau­rants that we hope you will enjoy.
